What if I’m not sure what care we need?
That’s a good reason to reach out. The free assessment helps us understand your situation and discuss an appropriate plan. You don’t need to choose a service package before you call.
Can care fit around our normal routine?
We discuss your needs and preferences during the assessment. Support may include time at home, appointments, errands, and community outings, depending on the care plan.
What payment options can we discuss?
Private pay, applicable insurance, eligible veterans’ benefits or authorized VA care, and approved payment arrangements when available. We do not currently bill Medicare or Medicaid. Having either does not prevent you from contacting us about privately paid care or other available options.
